the best place to reach me for purchasing a commission is Discord. i will reply on other apps but may appear more "flaky".

commissions are for personal use only (banners, icons, etc, are okay!) if you want commercial usage, it will incur additional fees.

all payments in gbp via paypal (via invoice) or ko-fi. i can either do a deposit and then the rest after sketch/flat colours, 50% after sketch and 50% after completion, or full price upfront. in the case of 50/50, you will not receive an unwatermarked piece of art until i receive the rest of the payment.

i always aim to finish my commissions as fast as possible (within 2 to 4 weeks of payment). however, they can still take a while - potentially up to 3 months - this is due to me being physically disabled. if i expect your commission to take longer, i will keep you in the loop.

i always appreciate patience from my customers! gentle bumps are okay, but aggression and other negative behaviour will get you blacklisted.

when commissioned, i will always send you progress pictures. these will usually be at the sketch and flat colour stages.

if you need any changes, please let me know during the sketch or flat colour phase. you have unlimited revisions in these stages, but once i move on to shading, changes will incur additional fees.

please do not plug my art into ai.

i will always post my work to my social media sites. please let me know if you're ever not okay with this! i will not take it personally.

i reserve the right to decline any commissions i do not feel comfortable taking, or that i feel i do not have the skillset for.

visual references are highly appreciated, though not necessary!

you may repost and share your artwork with the appropriate credit (n00kiez_ across almost all socials.)

refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and will depend on how much has already been paid, and how much work I have completed.

payments for adopts will be taken the same as commissions - either via paypal invoice, or via ko-fi.

make sure to retain credit to me when sharing this oc or posting them to toyhouse (though i dont expect to be tagged in every art of them!)

Upon purchasing a design, you have full permission to change the design up to your tastes - within reason. please keep the basic premise. do not make it an entirely new design.

please do not resell a design immediately after purchase.

do not resell a design for higher than you bought it, unless they have added value via commissions and other artworks.

all adopts are sold as personal use. if you plan, or later come to, use them for commercial use, please let me know so we can navigate proper compensation for that!

you will receive the full high quality png in email after payment.

i will not give refunds on adopts.

we can always discuss payment plans, no matter the price! :) pngs will be sent after a payment plan is fully paid off.

please do not buy my characters on behalf of anyone whom i have blacklisted. they are blacklisted for a reason. please respect that.

i have the right to refuse sale to anyone i am not comfortable with, and i do not have to disclose my reasons!
